A vacuum cold trap can be used to prevent back streaming of pump oil. This cold trap uses liquid nitrogen as the refrigerant to trap volitile gases and vapors. This cold trap is stainless steel and is custom made. The dimensions are 14 x 7 x 7. It has been helium leaked tested.
