Brinkmann Lauda (Model RMS6) Used Recirculating Heated Chiller Water Bath

These Brinkmann Lauda (Model RMS6) Used Recirculating (Heated or Cooled) Chiller Water Baths are an excellent piece of synthetic or research laboratory equipment. These units can maintain circulating liquids at temperature from -15 �C or heated to 120 �C. These Brinkmann Lauda (Model RMS6) Recirculating units have both refrigeration and heating components, which are computer controlled. Simply, fill the 6-liter reservoir with the desired fluid and select the desired temperature. These units typically will maintain the desired temperature within 0.01 degrees Celsius and have a digital temperature display. These units have a user control knob, which allows the operator to select the desire temperature ramp rate. For example, using the computer control knob on the front panel a user can select a slow or fast ramp rate controlling the time in which the unit reaches the final temperature. These functions make these Brinkmann Lauda (Model RMS6) Recirculating (Heated or Cooled) Chiller Water Bath unit an excellent tool for controlling the temperature of synthetic reactions or any laboratory experiment.

These units are portable, can be used on or below the bench top. A mechanical agitator located inside the 6-Liter reservoir constantly circulates the liquid. Each unit has side ports (see photographs) so that the temperature controlled liquids can easily be circulated through your laboratory applications. Each unit also has a rear drain valve for easy removal of liquids.

A certified refrigeration repair serviceman has inspected and maintained each of these units. All refrigeration components have been thoroughly tested (including inspections for system leaks, refrigerant pressure (R12 or 134A), compressor functions, and all other supporting refrigeration components.
